Please Note! Because we are a small business and there is a high demand for our services, we must enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy. For cancellations occuring more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, there is no cancellation fee. For cancellations occuring less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment there is a fee of 50% of the booked treatment price. If you do not show up for your appointment and have not notified the salon of the cancellation, there is a fee of 70% of the booked treatment price. We understand that emergencies happen, please contact the salon if you are unable to make your shceduled appointment - we will be happy to reschedule your treatment. |
